Tentang Customer

Dalam dunia marketing tidak mungkin para marketer lepas dari "CUSTOMER"

saya pribadi beranggapan "KITA TIDAK MUNGKIN 100% MEMUASKAN CUSTOMER,TETAPI KITA TERUS MENCOBA AGAR MENJADI 99,99%"

Saya membuat thread ini untuk para marketer sekalian berbagi apa saja tentang CUSTOMER

Misalnya:
1. Bagaimana menghadapi para customer yang emosian?
2. Bagaimana Menghadapi customer yang rese?
atau juga
3. Pengalaman unik dan konyol ketika pertama kali bertemu dengan customer
4. pokoknya semua yang berhubungan dengan customer silahkan di share di sini

Bagaimana pun,tanpa customer kita sebagai marketing ataupun sales tidak akan berarti apa2x

Customer vs Client
customer = Person who purchases a commodity or a service
Client = A person who is under the protection of another
always think of the as A CLIENT
Think Of Your Client as dear, valued friends

The Biggest Mistake people Make in business is that they falling In love with the wrong thing, they fall in love with thir product, service, or company

You should believe passionately in your product, service, or company. BUT YOU SHOULD FALL IN LOVE WITH YOUR CLIENTS (Customer, Vendors, Employees, Team Members)

A successful Business does not just start with just a great idea or product, rather ia starts with desire to provide a solution to another's problem
in doing so you enrich your own life, the lives around you, your family,their family, employees, e.t.c

You must first identify what your client really needs, even if your client doesn't recognize what it is he needs

What your really selling is solution to their problem

THE MORE VALUE YOU GIVE OTHERS, THE MORE VALUE YOU GENERATE
You need to recognize the Impact you Have on People's Live in the business you are conducting. What you render, and the way you render it,has changed their lives + their Families.

Treat them like a friend whether in a phone or in person

It means Thinking about the client as more than just a checkbook. it means seeing him or her as a valued business partner, someone whose well-being and success is directly tied to your own.

THE SINGLE MOST IMPORTANT STRATEGY YOU CAN USE TO MAXIMIZE THE VALUE OF ALL OTHER STRATEGIES IS TO COMMUNICATE ON A REGULAR BASIS WITH EVERYONE WHO CONTRIBUTE, IN ANYWAY TO YOUR BUSINESS SUCCESS

Your Challange is to keep clients constantly connected to you.

Keep Them Thinking :

1. How valuable you are.
2. How Good you are.
3. How much you care about them

The more contact + communication you have with a person, the stronger + richer the relationship becomes.
In business the secret to keeping + growing clients is to keep meaningful communication with everyone important to you.

Memang semua client itu ngga selamanya memberikan profit atau saya suka membagi kedalam kategori :
1. Client yang menguntungkan
2. client yang belum menguntungkan . ( always remeber : every problem, every challenges has within it the seed of a new opportunity! And that's why we must always focus on - the opprtunities.)

untuk itu kita harus bisa melihat dengan baik medan perang yang ada ( see the battle field effectively) sehingga kita bisa melakukan segmentasi, penerapan strategi dan riset untuk kepentingan bisinis kita.

sehingga dari hasil tersebut kita bisa memutuskan dengan baik yang mana akan menjadi :
target market yang menguntungkan untuk kita , lalu setelah berhasil membangun hubungan dan reputasi yang baik dengan target market tersebut maka kemudian kita bisa mencari/ menggali lagi niche market yang ada untuk meningkatkan profit kita,
dan setelah semuanya berhasil digarap dengan baik lagi baru kemudian kita bisa memutuskan target market lainnya berdasarkan segmentasi yang sudah kita buat tadi.
